Description
100% authentic and brand new United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) Green Beret, with the USASOC flash and the now obsolete distinctive unit insignia (DUI), which pre-dates 2011. The DUI appropriately sports the Latin phrase "SINE PARI" which translates "Without Equal." 1SFOD-D (1st Special Forces Operational Detachment - Delta) is commonly called Delta Force; and is sometimes referred to as the Combat Applications Group (CAG).These berets are distributed by DLA (Defense Logistics Agency) and DSCP (Defense Supply Center Philadelphia); both organizations are
certified official
distributors of U.S. Military clothing. These items are manufactured by Jensen Apparel, Northwest Woolen Mills, and Dorothea Knitting Mills.
Original tags remain attached to the beret. This is not a knock off item made in Sri Lanka or China, or an item "made to military specifications" as some say. This IS the real McCoy. The flash and DUI are produced by the Ira Green corporation which has been an official manufacturer of United States Military insignia since 1943.
This beret has never been worn.
