    Description

    Deactivated in the 1990's, this was one of only 2 Long Range Reconnasaince Patrol (LRRP) units in the US Military. A Texas Army National Guard unit, based in downtown Houston,Texas. The unit was later reclassed as Co. G 143rd Inf (LRS) and used the Texas "T patch" with the airborne tab over the top.  Units also know as the “Houston Light Guard”.  Subdued available under another listing.
