Frankenstein/Herman Munster Ben Cooper 1973 Halloween Costume.
Used and in pretty good shape for its age.  The masks has a few small tears on the sides and some wear.  You can see this all in the pictures.  The costume was worn 1 time and folded up and put away back in the 70s and forgotten about.  Has a little dirt in a few spots that just needs a good wipe down.  The rubber band is still connected as it originally was.
