Rice Bowl Horse Bowl Saucer Scene Hand Painted Jingderzhen Porcelain Xie Ji House Soup
Offered here for your consideration or purchase ~ A rice or soup bowl and saucer. This set was bought at a yard sale. I really don't know much about them. I can only describe them to you. The horse looks like other hand painted horses I have seen on cups. The painting in the saucer does not match the bowl, the painting is mostly a yellow color of a country landscape with a house on the hill side. The bottoms rims are ruff (not glazed) and the saucer has 3 marks or dots which could be marks from the kiln stilts. Both pieces are in very
good condition. The bowl is 2 1/2 inches x 3 on the top and the saucer is almost 4
inches round.
