How Does Automatic Fall Detection Work?
When the system detects a fall, it starts beeping. This lets the user know it has detected a fall.
If there is no movement within 10 seconds, the system will start calling for Help.
If the system detects movement or if the user has pressed the Red button to cancel within 10 seconds, the system will cancel the alert
.
Emergency, non-Fall Detection Operation
Anytime the user needs Help, he or she simply needs to press the
Red
button and the system will start calling the emergency numbers for Help.

Help Dialer 700 FAQ
Q.: What if I have a stroke and cannot speak?
A.: This system has the answer. When the system is activated, it plays an outgoing message to the person receiving the call, letting them know there is an emergency.
It speaks for you!
Q.: Does the system call your company when help is needed?
A.: No. The system will call up to 3 of your emergency contact numbers (and optionally 911) and deliver a pre-recorded message. People you can trust and can get to you quickly should be the first to know when something happens.
Q.: What happens if the alert is just a false alarm, do you charge a fee?
A.: Absolutely not. There are no false alarm fees, ever! The system is monitored by friends, family or 911. When the system calls the receiver of the call can talk to you and find out if help is needed or if it was a false alarm.
Q.: What if no one answers the phone when the system calls?
A.: The system will continue to call over-and-over until someone answers it. If the first person misses the call, it will call the next number until someone responds.

HOW MUCH IS THE REFUND AMOUNT
: Refunds are purchase price plus sales tax if applicable, less our shipping and handling costs and restocking charges (minimum 10%). Returned orders with free shipping will be charged standard shipping/handling charges if returned for refund
RESTOCKING FEE
: An additional restocking fee may apply if item is returned in a damaged condition or missing pieces or parts. A restocking fee covers the expense of restoring an item back to resellable condition. If returned item is damaged by the customer the refund amount will be reduced based on the returned condition of the product. If a returned item is heavily damaged, missing major components or not in a re-sellable condition the return may be refused and shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
NOT RETURNABLE:

RETURN TRACKING:
Returns should be shipped using a method that can be tracked online. Customer is responsible for all shipping/handling costs of the returned item.
SHIPPING DAMAGE:
