    Description

    World War I WW1 Child's 1st Infantry Division Helmet Homefront.
    Here's something you don't see everyday: a World War I era home front kids helmet, marked up as 1st Infantry Division.  Complete with campaigns "Argonne",  "St. Miel", "Defensive", and "Meuse" painted across the top and on the sides, as well as the 1st Infantry Division insignia on the front and "Big Red One" on the top.  Much smaller than a 1917 helmet, but sized for a kid.
    No liner, but this was obviously heavily used in the Battle of the Backyard.  Very neat, seldom seen home front piece.
    Ammo crate and helmet stand not included.
