    Up for sale, My great uncles WW1 Doughboy Steel Helmet.
    I just received this fom my cousin..This helmet was worn by my great uncle in the Great War...My grandfather served in the Italian army in WWI..his brother, migrated to America earlier to establish the family business...he served in the 77th NewYork Div as a cook...
    Thhe original liner had rotted out years ago. It was recently replaced by a PFl liner.
    The New York 77th badge was given to him by my grandmother when he
    de- embarked from the ship.
