WW1 US overseas cap British made War Dept. stamped Engineer disc LARGE 7 3/8" ID

US WW1 British Made & War Department marked, BIG size 7 3/8" super clean, shows wear on inside sweat band as pictured. Named to Vanleer (Van Leer). Has a nice Engineers disc. A few pin size moth nips that do not distract from the cap. Very nice British made US cap in a large size. This is a nice one from my 50 year collection to yours. Thanks for looking and good luck collecting.  Safety pins in the top of the cap were common place to keep the cap closed while wearing it on top of your head.
This cap is a nice one from a fifty year collection. Size, condition, British made and Id add the value to this cap...
