Original WWI AEF US Army M1911 Montana Peak Campaign Hat - 5-Stitch - w/NCO Cavalry Hat Cords & Emblem - Size 7 - Very NICE Condition
Up for sale is an Original WWI AEF US Army M1911 Montana Peak Campaign Hat.  This is the early style hat with the 5-stitched brim.  This hat has a set of Original Cavalry Hat Cords and the Cavalry Crossed Sabre Emblem.  The hat is used, see photo's for condition.  Made from felt material.  No mothing on the hat.  Small hole just above the hat ribbon on the left side of the hat, see photo.  No damage to the peak.  There are two slits cut into the hat for the leather chin strap.  The leather sweat band & chin strap are present, they are soft and supple.  Looks like a replacement.  No manufacturer markings or tags.   Estimated size is 7.  Very Nice Condition NCO Campaign Hat.
