WWI US Army 33rd IL national guard M-1917 helmet !!!

Welcome to Sid's Garage !!!
Up for your kind consideration is an original genuine vintage WWI US Army steel helmet with the insignia of the 33rd Infantry Division of the Illinois national guard. The 33rd served in France during the Great War and fought to halt the Kaiser's troops at Amiens and Hamel in France in 1918.
In good to very good condition overall. No cracks.
This one came from the estate of a fellow vet. Please see pictures.
