WWI US Navy hat ID from the ship USS SARNAC

WWI US Navy hat ID from the ship USS SARNAC, the hat is in excellent condition with just 2  1/4 inch moth holes under the hat towards the back. From the style of the hat and the printing of the ships name  something they stopped doing after WWI I'm sure its  WWI vintage. On the inside is stamped V.HALL or MALL. The hat is clean and the sweat band is all there in excellent condition.
