If you have a PO Box listed as the confirmed address, the order must be shipped via USPS Priority (not UPS) and an additional shipping fee will be required.

Fixed Price and Free Shipping & Handling charge only applies to residents of the continental United States (U.S.A.). Extra charges will apply for shipments to PO BOX, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Island, Guam, and Samoa.

We usually ship out 1~2 days after we receive cleared Paypal payments with confirmed addresses before 5 PM Eastern Standard Time during the weekdays.

International orders: Please message us with your shipping address for an international shipping
quote to your location (We will ship via UPS/FedEx/USPS). Also, please provide us with a phone number upon ordering.

We ship via UPS Ground to Canada (we don't ship to Canada via USPS). Canadian customers are responsible for brokerage charges and tariffs.
All orders from Canada will need a phone number.

TERMS
We will gladly accept returns if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product. There will be a minimum of 15% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping.

Please keep in mind that any returns must be made within 7days from the receipt of the item.

Damage caused during installation is not considered as product deficiency and will not be covered by warranty. Any returns made without an RMA number will be sent back at the shipper's expense.

We will exchange any defective products free of charge. Refunds are not available for defective items.
